VISA 188A (Business Innovation Visa)

A business investment visa in the form of opening a business and applicants must score over 65 points on the immigration points-based systems.
Assets: Minimum AUD 800,000 (clear origin, inheritance is unaccepted)
Investment from 300,000 to 1,500,000 AUD (depending on the requirements of each province)
Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in operating a business within 4 years before applying
Businesses in Vietnam are efficient and have a minimum annual turnover of 500,000 AUD in the 2 years applying
Visa duration: 4 years. It is possible to renew for 2 years later or continue to apply for a permanent visa (Visa 888 - Permanent Residence)

VISA 188B (Investor Visa)

This provisional visa requires you to invest in an Australian State or Territory and maintain business or investment activity in Australia. Successful applicants must score 65 points on the immigration scale.
Assets: Minimum AUD 2,250,000 (profitable real estate, stocks, bonds and profitable shares), inheritance isn't accepted
Invest a minimum of AUD 1,500,000 in government bonds for at least 4 consecutive years
Within 5 years prior to the filing date, the investor must have at least 3 years directly managing the business. In which, you must own at least 10% of company capital or directly manage legal investments with a minimum value of 1,500,000 AUD.
Visa duration: 4 years.
Investors have the right to apply for a permanent visa while living in Australia for a minimum of 2 cumulative years within 4 years prior to application.

There is no requirement to run a business in Australia, or to have a business in Vietnam

VISA 188C (Significant Investor Visa)

A Significant Investor Visa with an investment requirement of 5 million AUD with investments in bonds, funds and start-up companies.
Invest a minimum of 5,000,000 AUD in fields specified by the Australian Government (maintained for 4 years)
Applicants must stay for at least 40 days / year or spouse stays for at least 180 days / year
Visa duration: 4 years. It is possible to renew for 2 years later or continue to apply for a permanent visa (Visa 888 - Permanent Residence).

No age limit for investors, no education and management experience required
No score is required on the immigration scale
Lower accommodation requirements compared to other programs

VISA 132A (Significant Business History)

Visa 132A is a permanent resident visa in Australia for successful business people under 55 years old owning a business with a minimum turnover of 3,000,000 AUD per year.
Assets: minimum AUD 1,500,000 depending on the requirement of each province (inheritance isn't accepted).
Invest a minimum of 1,000,000 AUD in the business depending on the requirement of the province
For 2 years in the last 4 years, an enterprise in Vietnam has met the following requirements: - Total revenue (from up to 2 enterprises) recorded for the contributed capital of the applicant and spouse reaches at least 3,000,000 AUD. - The total net assets of the applicant and spouse contributed to those businesses is at least 400,000 AUD.
Stay 2 years cumulatively for 5 years.
Visa duration: 5-year permanent residence card (unlimited number of extensions). After 4 years, you can apply for citizenship when the conditions are met.

REVIEWING FINANCIAL SOURCES AND SIGNING CONTRACT

With Visa 188A and 188B, investors must score 65 points on the immigration scale. The Investor provides a Letter of Interest (EOI), nominated and invited by the Province to apply.

Stage 2

GATHERING THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

Investors need to prove identity and documents about the business and assets. Provide documentation of other family members with your profile.
