The US immigration by investment - EB-5 program is set up by the government to encourage foreign businessmen to invest in domestic enterprises to obtain green card and become a US permanent resident. EB-5 green card holders can live and work permanently in the United States with family, including spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old.
