TURKEY CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

The Turkish citizenship by investment program was issued in 2017, revised in September 2018, and quickly gained attention due to its low level of investment, fast processing time, and extremely simple requirements. The special program has become attractive as the real estate market in Istanbul has grown strongly in recent years with a series of acquisition commitments and annual profits of up to 7% by project developers.

VISA E-2

  • An E-2 visa is a nonimmigrant investor visa issued to citizens of countries that have signed a trade treaty with the U.S. when they invest in a business or own the business in the U.S.

  • Accordingly, Turkish citizens and their spouses and dependent children under the age of 21 are allowed to do business and live in the United States under the E-2 Investment Visa.

BENEFITS OF VISA E-2

  • The application processing time is only about 6 months.

  • Children under 21 years old of investors can attend public schools for free from grades 1 to 12 and enjoy low tuition fees at other levels and schools.

  • The investor's spouse is granted a work permit, free to find a job in the United States.

  • The validity of the Visa is 5 years and there is no limit to the number of extensions.

  • Investors with E-2 visas can apply for U.S. immigration under EB-5 if they meet the investment conditions.

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS

  • Incentive investment from $150.000

  • Investors can prepare a new business that owns 100% of the capital or contribute at least 50% capital to an existing business in the US.
